Welcome to Toolzipp! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of toolzipp.com and our media processing services (the "Service"), operated by [Your Company Legal Name]. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. The Service
Toolzipp provides browser-based and API-based tools for image and video processing (crop, resize, compress, convert, and AI-assisted enhancement), along with a Developer API for integrating those tools into your own applications. Available operations, quotas, and features depend on your subscription plan (Free, Pro, or Enterprise).
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for safeguarding your password and any API keys you generate. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and API keys, and must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service. You may not use the Service to process content you do not have the right to use, to upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive material, to circumvent plan quotas or rate limits, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data.
5. Your Content
You retain all ownership rights to the images and videos you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide the operation you requested. As described in our Privacy Policy, we do not retain Your Content after processing is complete. You are solely responsible for having the necessary rights to any content you submit.
6. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as we otherwise state at the time of purchase.
7. Developer API
API access is subject to the request quotas of your plan. We may rate-limit or suspend API keys that exceed reasonable use, are used in a way that risks the stability of the Service, or are used in violation of these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding Your Content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Toolzipp and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toolzipp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
11. Governing Law
